Dear ASB Families,

Thank you to everyone who has already registered for the 46th annual ASB Auction, White Lights & Winter Nights! This year’s event promises to be a celebration of our Christmas season and an important way to honor Assumption-St. Bridget School. 

Each year, we invite families to participate in our Fund-a-Need. We have developed a lovely tradition of alternating our Fund-a-Need between physical plant needs and building the viability and sustainability of the school through our endowment. This year, we are focusing specifically on our Education Endowment, a fund that is essential and impactful for the future of our school. The Education Endowment provides long-term financial support for the many elements that shape the student experience, including facilities and safety, financial aid, and, most importantly, support for our teachers through competitive salaries, strong benefits, professional development opportunities, and innovative classroom tools.

Our greatest resource is our teachers and their care, dedication, and creativity has a lasting impact on every student. Ensuring they feel valued and successful is critical and the Education Endowment provides the annual support to make that possible. We are proud to offer competitive salaries and benefits to recognize the hard work and commitment of our outstanding educators.

Our teachers are lifelong learners. They are encouraged to seek out professional development opportunities to ensure that they remain at the forefront of teaching and learning. Attending conferences and classes allows them to integrate the latest research-based methods and best practices into their classrooms.

Additionally, the Education Endowment provides school leadership flexibility within our budget. When a teacher or team discovers a new resource, classroom tool, or program that will enhance the student experience, our administration is able to say “yes,” ensuring that our teachers are growing professionally.
