7PM Here Comes Santa!
A decadent plated dinner will be served, with wine provided at your table. Once dinner is underway, the Live Auction will begin with our Jolly Maestro! We ask our guests to remain seated and get ready to raise those bid cards! During the live program, you’ll also have the opportunity to support campus improvements through our Fund-a-Need and participate in the Dessert Dash!
10PM And To All A Good Night!
The event’s festivities conclude at 10PM. Not ready to call it a night? Head to the Duchess Tavern in NE Seattle for an after party brought to you by Parent Board! Thank you for joining us to celebrate ASB!
Fund-a-Need
Each year, our community comes together to make a powerful impact through our auction Fund-a-Need, supporting the growth and excellence of Assumption-St. Bridget School. This year, we invite you to contribute to ASB’s Christmas Wish List—focused on essential campus improvements to enhance every student’s experience. With your generosity, we can create an environment where learning shines and students thrive. The Wish List includes much-needed upgrades: new middle school lockers to restore organization and functionality, a refresh of the primary bathrooms for improved comfort and care, durable performance risers to elevate student talents, and additional chairs to accommodate our growing community at events. Each of these projects will leave a lasting legacy for generations of Bulldogs. Please join us in raising your paddle for ASB students!
Auction Q&A
What should I wear?
Many guests eagerly anticipate dressing up for this enchanting holiday evening! If you’d like to embrace our theme, feel free to dazzle with sequins, black-tie, or festive suits! Cocktail or formal attire is encouraged, but most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration.
How should I get to the event?
There is limited street parking and paid lots available. We highly encourage making use of ride shares or carpooling with friends!
Do I have to buy anything at the auction?
We aim to offer auction items at a variety of price points to encourage participation from all of our families. While purchasing items is not required, we hope everyone will feel welcome to join in the fun. We kindly ask that guests remain at their tables for the duration of the live auction, even if they are not actively bidding, to ensure the smooth flow of the event.
How does the Almost Live auction work?
Almost Live auction items will be displayed during the cocktail hour. Each item will have a bid sheet listing the approximate retail value of the item, the minimum starting bid, and accepted bidding increments, as well as a guaranteed purchase price. If you wish to bid on an item, please write your name and bid number beside your desired bid amount. To ensure you win your item, be sure to check back regularly to update your bid, or bid the guaranteed purchase price amount and it is yours! The Almost Live portion will close at 6:30PM.
What is the Big Board?
The Big Board will take place alongside the Almost Live auction with select packages being offered on a large screen. Be sure to stop by to place your bids on these exciting offerings!
Will there be games or raffles at the event?
What’s a holiday party without some wine? At the beginning of the night, you’ll have the chance to test your skills with our Wine Toss to “win” a bottle of wine worth up to $100! You will also have the chance to select a gift card worth up to $100 from our Gift Card tree. While you are at it, buy a raffle ticket - or two! - for a $2,000 gift certificate to Canlis! And you never know what else will happen during the evening - maybe a game of Naughty or Nice for cold hard cash?
What is Naughty or Nice?
Join us at the start of the Live Auction to play a fun game of chance! For only $35, you could win $1,000 in cash! To play, please hand your mini bid card to our runners (one card per player). Each round our Jolly Maestro will ask you to select either naughty or nice. He will flip a coin and announce what it is. If you pick right, you will continue to stand; wrong and you will take your seat. Last person standing is the winner!
What is Dessert Dash?
Our beloved Dessert Dash is a cherished tradition and we know you will love it too! Each table competes to raise the most money…and the chance to be the first to dash to a table filled with sweet treats in order to select your favorite…to enjoy that night or to take home!
If I save my credit card, will it be charged during the event? How much will I be charged?
A winning bid, or raised bid card during the Fund-a-Need, constitutes a legal contract to buy or donate. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Credit cards will be charged on Tuesday, December 5th.
Can I have a proxy bid for me?
Yes! Please contact Director of Advancement Katharine Cappo at for a bid number. We are happy to assign a bidder for you.
How do I pick up my items after the event?
The highest bidders will be charged for their purchased items. Items will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, December 17th from 8:30-10:30AM and Thursday, December 19th from 2:30-4:30PM from the Convent, located on 32nd Ave NE, across from Assumption Parish.
